  • Do you work with everyone?

    In short, no. 


    A consultation is needed to determine if I am the right instructor for your needs. Developing long-term benefits start with having a good relationship with your trainer.  We both have to understand each other and make sure we're on the same page.

  • What type of payments do you accept

    All forms of payment are accepted.


    By the session: Credit/Debit required to book an appointment.


    Monthly: Credit or Debit Card


    Single payment (1 month or 3 months paid in full): Cash, Check, Debit, Credit.


  • Are there any additional fees?

    Yes. There is a $99 fee in addition to the initial payment.  This fee covers the fitness assessment and a new program design.  

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes.  3, 6, or 12-month programs may be paid monthly.

  • How long are the sessions?

    55 minutes - transformation training

    35 minutes - passive training

    45 minutes - posing sessions

    45 minutes - choreography sessions

  • What is a retainer fee?

    In some cases, clients will be required to put down a retainer fee to reserve a training slot.  This fee is $149.


    This occurs when a client wants to start but training slots are full and wants to reserve training when an opening becomes available.

  • Can you work with me if I live out of your training area?

    Yes.  As about virtual training.

  • Where are sessions held?

    Sessions are held in or near Howard County, Maryland, or at the Revolve Wellness Studio, located in Catonsville, Maryland.  Typically outdoors and in some cases (depending on the client's request) indoors.  


    *This could be at a corporate gym, condo gym, or hotel gym.


    *Client to secure permission and pay any entry fees



  • What ages are available for this service?

    Clients must be 18 years of age.  In some instances,  clients may be as young as 16.  This will be determined during a consultation.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Clients are required to give an 8-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations done in less than 8 hours are automatically deducted from your balance.


    Please text or call Steve as a courtesy if you can't make your session, then login to your client portal to make it official.

  • Do you offer in-home training?

    Yes; however this option is on hold at the moment.
    There is a $15 per session travel fee and my preference is to work with clients in alternate environments to minimize fees charged to them.
