Transformation Training

Overview

Transformation training is designed for exercisers who need accountability and looking to pursue personal goals such as weight loss/gain, toning, cardiovascular improvement, and more with the assistance of a trainer. 

Steve works with client Alicia J. to improve balance and stability while improving leg strength.

Is transformation Training right for you?

Working with a trainer goes beyond sweat equity, and meeting with a trainer on certain days.  It requires a through vetting of your background to uncover underlying issues, addressing them, and turning fitness into an activity that you actually look forward to.  You may be a good fit for my programs if you:

Due to privacy laws, it is incumbent upon the client to provide Steve Haywood Pro Fitness, associates, or trainers with information pertaining to any current or past health-related injuries or medical conditions (issues) that may or could impact a fitness/exercise program. By enrolling in a training program, the client assumes full responsibility for any injuries sustained during a session. 


By default, this disclaimer is automatically applied; however, the client is free to provide any required documentation by a medical practitioner indicating that it is safe to move forward with a workout program and shall provide a list of recommended modifications. During registration, clients (drop-in excluded) will be required to fill out a par-q questionnaire and intake form


Muscle soreness and fatigue are all part of a regular workout program, regardless of the level or intensity, and should be anticipated. Steve Haywood Pro Fitness will take all precautions to keep these normally occurring side effects to a minimum.
