About
Steve Haywood is an American Bodybuilder and Classic Physique Competitor. Born in Washington, DC and currently residing in Columbia, Maryland, Steve has competed for over 25 years, both nationally and internationally, and was a 2021 member of Team USA where he is a Professional in the IFBB Physique America and is a lifetime natural and drug free athlete. By trade, he is a small business owner, UX-UI designer, and Instructional Designer. During his free time, we works with athletes and everyday people looking to improve their health and fitness level.
